BOAT DAY ON THE CARIBBEAN SEA

The Wedding

Ladies

Ladies: Island formal calls for elegant, breathable fabrics with a touch of tropical glam. Think silk, chiffon, or linen maxi/midi dresses, prints, or chic monochromatic looks. Dressy sandals, wedges, or block heels are perfect. Barefoot on the beach is welcome for cocktail hour to follow.

Gentlemen: Aim for polished and coastal. Lightweight sport coats or linen jackets paired with button-downs (no tie needed), linen or tailored trousers, and loafers or dressy shoes. You can skip the tux, but a jacket is still encouraged.

white casual dressy attire

Ladies: Think elevated summer whites — silk, linen, or textured mini/midi dresses, chic two-piece sets, or subtle patterns in soft neutrals. Footwear can be dressy but comfortable: flats, block heels, or low strappy sandals all work beautifully.

Gentlemen: Aim for crisp, polished whites and light neutrals — linen shirts, relaxed button-downs, tailored shorts or trousers, and easy summer polos. Loafers, clean sneakers, or woven slip-ons fit the vibe.

Ladies: Think easy, breezy layers — one-pieces or bikinis paired with cover-ups, beach dresses and/or sarongs. Sunglasses, hats, and SPF are musts. Sandals or slides are perfect, and don't forget a towel and anything you need to stay comfortable in the sun.

Gentlemen: Opt for swim trunks and lightweight tops or breathable tees. Keep footwear simple with sandals or boat shoes. Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and a towel.
